Delivery Method
Each product is carefully crafted and takes 3-5 working days to prepare. We pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to detail in each piece.

The delivery time you specified on receipt of the order is approximate. However, we will email the customer with the expected shipping date for products that have not shipped.

Shipments and deliveries may vary under unknown circumstances. Due to the use of third-party couriers, we cannot manage and control their delivery times. Delayed or lost packages do not constitute grounds for cancellation. If goods are damaged or lost in transit, we will replace them.
