Refund policy
We hope you love your art pieces, but we understand that choosing online isn't always easy, and sometimes things don't work out.
Please carefully review all product details before purchasing.
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
We do not accept returns for a change of mind. If you do not fully understand your purchase, we cannot offer a refund directly.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
For all returns, we ask that you ensure your items meet the following standards:
- Your item must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- For items damaged during shipping, please keep the original packaging and notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving the item.
All items are shipped with shipping insurance, and we can't claim compensation if you don't retain the original packaging or notify us within 24 hours.
We cover return shipping fees for faulty or damaged items only; for all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain items, such as custom products (like special orders or personalised items), cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and let you know whether the refund has been approved. You'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days if approved.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Any credit card surcharge or merchant fees (e.g., PayPal) will not be refunded.
